December 19, 2020 – Working group meeting for Reconciliation Offices

The next meeting of the working group of experts for the improvement of the procedures of the Conciliation and Mediation Offices took place, where KSSH is represented by Mr. Kol Nikollaj, President of KSSH and Mrs. Anisa Subashi, Deputy President of KSSH, as well as the representative of KSSH in the National Reconciliation Office.

This meeting had 2 concrete issues to discuss:

1-It has already been prepared by the expert Prof. Dr. Mariana Selimi, who has received all the proposals and discussions made by the working group in previous meetings, Draft Instruction that will have the Ministry of Finance and Economy “On the organization and functioning of structures for mediation and conciliation of collective conflicts of as well as the relevant procedures”.

The working group discussed the draft Instruction, on certain issues and points of the draft to approve it at the next meeting on 21.12.2020.

2-The second topic of this meeting was the discussion of the Draft Practical Guide of the steps to be followed in the mediation and conciliation procedure in collective labor conflicts.
