KSSH proteston në 1 Maj, Ditën Ndërkombëtare të Punëtorëve, përgjatë gjithë rrugës së Rinasit, Tirana International Aeropor.

Mbi 1000 sindikalistë të KSSH-së sot protestuan dhe marshuan duke bërë thirrje:
🗣️ Nuk ka demokraci pa sindikata.
🗣 Të ndalojmë shpopullimin.
🗣 Të garantojmë mirë-qeverisje dhe meritokraci.
🗣 Të garantojmë cilësi jetese dhe drejtësi sociale.

🗣 Të ulim çmimet.
🗣Të rishpërndajmë në mënyrë të drejtë përfitimet.
👉 KSSH ngre alarmin për eksodin e rinisë/ 9️⃣4️⃣ mijë të rinj braktisën vendin 4 vitet e fundit.
Nuk ka asnjë dyshim që eksodi prej 3 dekadash është plaga e rëndë e Shqipërisë, por vitet e fundit tendencat kanë dëshmuar se eksodit nuk i ka shpëtuar as truri i vendit, veçanërisht ata të shkolluar në shkencat ekzakte, si matematike, fizika, IT, inxhinieritë, etj.
Një raport i vetëm pak javëve më parë i INSTAT konfirmonte se nga viti 2019 deri në 2023, numri i të rinjve 15-29 vjeç ra me 94 mijë.
Sipas të dhënave zyrtare të INSTAT, në vitin 2019, kishte 681,552 persona të moshës 15-29 vjeç, teksa në tremujorin e fundit të vitit 2023, popullsia e moshës 15-29 vjeç ishte 587,888 persona.
Në vetëm 4 vite kemi 5️⃣4️⃣ mijë nxënës MË PAK në shkolla.
👉 Skema e sigurimeve shoqërore drejt kolapsit dhe tregu i punës i deformuar dhe në stanjacion!
Struktura e tregut të punës ka marrë një goditje fatale nga eksodi i të rinjve, teksa skema e sigurimeve shoqërore pritet të marrë një goditje vrastare pasi numri i atyre që përfitojnë nga skema rrezikon të jetë dyfish më i lartë se numri i atyre që kontribuojnë.
👉 Largimi masiv i rinisë shqiptare dekadën e fundit, fenomen i cili po ndryshon të gjithë strukturën e punësimit në Shqipëri, duke krijuar një gropë që nuk do ta mbushim kurrë as me Bangladeshas, aziatik, afrikanë apo indianë.
👉 Protesta në rrugën e aeroportit të Rinasit, jo vetëm simbolike, por edhe për të bërë thirrje dhe artikuluar dhe kërkuar kërkesat tona ndaj Qeverisë, politikës shqiptare dhe asaj ndërkombëtare, veçanërisht BE-së, për ta ndaluar këtë hemoragji kombëtare me masa katastrofale për vendin dhe popullin tonë, me politika që në bazë kanë drejtësi sociale dhe rritjen e cilësisë së jetës; mirë-qeverisjes; meritokracinë; rritjen e pagave; mos-diskriminim; siguri dhe shëndet në punë e kushte pune dinjitoze e të sigurta; respektimin e të drejtës së organizimit sindikal dhe kontrata kolektive; përgjegjësi penale për vdekjet në vendin e punës; kredi të buta për çiftet e reja; rritje të bonusit të bebes deri në 100 mijë lekë të reja; bursa për ekselentët në çdo degë; arsim profesional me pagesë që pas vitit të parë të shkollës; subvencionim të kujdesit shëndetësor për sëmundjet që spitali shtetëror nuk i merr përsipër, etj.

KSSH protests on May 1, International Workers’ Day, along the entire Rinas road, Tirana International Airport.
Over 1000 KSSH trade unionists today protested and marched calling:
🗣️ There is no democracy without trade unions.
🗣 Let’s stop depopulation.
🗣 To guarantee good governance.
🗣 To guarantee quality of life and social justice.
🗣 Let’s raise salaries.
🗣 Let’s lower the prices.
🗣To redistribute the benefits fairly.
👉 KSSH raises the alarm about the youth exodus/immigration/ 9️⃣4️⃣ thousand young people left the country in the last 4 years.
There is no doubt that the 3-decade exodus/immigration is a serious wound for Albania, but in recent years trends have proven that even the brains of the country have not escaped the immigration, especially those educated in the exact sciences, such as mathematics, physics, IT, engineering , etc.
A report just a few weeks ago by INSTAT confirmed that from 2019 to 2023, the number of young people aged 15-29 dropped by 94 thousand.
According to official INSTAT data, in 2019, there were 681,552 people aged 15-29, while in the last quarter of 2023, the population aged 15-29 was 587,888 people.
In just 4 years, we have 54,000 students with less in schools.
👉 The social security scheme towards collapse and the deformed and stagnant labor market!
The structure of the labor market has taken a fatal blow from the immigration of young people, while the social security scheme is expected to take a killer blow as the number of those benefiting from the scheme risks being twice as high as the number of those contributing.
👉 The massive departure of Albanian youth in the last decade, a phenomenon which is changing the entire structure of employment in Albania, creating a hole that we will never fill even with workers from Bangladesh, Asians, Africans or Indians.
👉 Protest on the road to the Tirana International airport, not only symbolic, but also to call and articulate and request our demands to the Government, Albanian and international politics, especially the EU, to stop this national hemorrhage with catastrophic measures for the country and our people, with policies based on social justice and increasing the quality of life; good governance; meritocracy; salary increase; non-discrimination; safety and health at work and decent and safe working conditions; respecting the right to union organization and collective bargaining; criminal liability for workplace deaths; soft loans for young couples; increase of the baby bonus up to 100 thousand new ALL; scholarships for excellence in any branch; paid vocational education after the first year of school; health care subsidy for diseases that the state hospital does not take over, etc.
🗣️”#Democracy means that all people can participate in political decision-making. Unions that listen to members’ voices and reflect their views on society’s policies and rules are essential to democracy.
