Zbatimi i Kontratës së re Kolektive e Punës, KSSH-AKPA.

Federata e Sindikatave të Arsimit, Edukimit dhe Shkencës #FSPAESHSH dhe Federata e Sindikatave të Administratës Publike dhe Shërbimit Civil #FSAPSHCSH, anëtare të KSSH po kontaktojnë fizikisht në të gjitha shkollat, qëndrat dhe institucionet e Arsimit dhe Formimit Profesional dhe zyrat e AKPA-s për të shpjeguar dhe informuar anëtarësinë sindikale me Kontratën e re Kolektive të nënshkruar nga AKPA dhe KSSH.
Kjo Kontratë Kolektive e Punës i shtrin efektet juridike të saj për tu zbatuar tek të gjithë punonjësit e punësuar në Drejtorinë Qëndrore të AKPA-s, Drejtoritë Rajonale të AKPA-s, dhe të gjithë Ofruesve të Arsimit dhe Formimit Profesional Publik sipas strukturës dhe organikës të miratuar me ligj në vendin tonë.
Në Qarkun e Shkodrës Znj.Anisa Subashi, Sekretare e Përgjithshme e Federatës së Sindikatave të Administratës Publike dhe Shërbimit Civil të Shqipërisë dhe Z.Hajrush Çollaku, Sekretar i Përgjithshëm i Federatës së Sindikatave të Punonjësve të Arsimit, Edukimit dhe Shkencës së Shqipërisë së bashku me Z.Vat Demaj Koordinator i KSSH për Qarkun Shkodër, organizuan disa takime në Shkollat dhe institucionet e varësisë së AKPA -s në Qarkun e Shkodrës.
Ata shpjeguan risitë e kësaj kontrate kolektive pune se përveç kapitujve klasike për ligjislacionin e zbatueshëm, pranimi dhe largimi nga puna, pagat, shpërblimet, kushtet e punës e siguria e shëndetit, të drejtat dhe detyrimet Sindikale, koha e punës dhe pushimit, përfitimet e anëtarëve të sindikatës, etj., janë futur dhe kapituj të rinj në lidhje me Diskriminimin, dhunën dhe ngacmimin seksual në botën e punës ( Konventa C190 e ILO), mekanizmat e brendshëm për parandalimin dhe zgjidhjen e konflikteve dhe ankesave në punë, subjektet sinjalizuese, barazia gjinore, liria dhe organizimi sindikal, formimi dhe trajnimi profesional dhe të drejta të tjera më specifike sipas sektorit.

📌 implementation of the new Collective Labor Agreement, KSSH-AKPA.
The Federation of Trade Unions of Education and Science #FSPAESHSH and the Federation of Trade Unions of Public Administration and Civil Services of Albania #FSAPSHCSH, members of KSSH are physically doing meetings at all schools, centers and institutions of Education and Vocational Training and at the National Agency of Employment and Skills – AKPA offices for explained and informed the union membership with the new Collective Agreement re-signed by AKPA and KSSH.
This Collective Agreement extends its legal effects to be applied to all employees employed in the Central Directorate of AKPA, Regional Directorates of AKPA, and all Providers of Public Vocational Education and Training according to the structure and organization of approved by law in our country.
In the District of Shkodra, Mrs. Anisa Subashi, General Secretary of the Federation of Trade Unions of Public Administration and Civil Services of Albania and Mr. Hajrush Çollaku, General Secretary of the Federation of Trade Unions of Education and Science Employees of Albania together with Mr. Vat Demaj, KSSH Coordinator for the Shkodra District, organized several meetings in the Schools and Institutions of AKPA in the Shkodra District.
They explained the innovations of this collective agreement that, in addition to the classic chapters on applicable legislation, employment and dismissal, wages, bonuses, working conditions and health security, Union rights and obligations, working and rest time, member benefits of the union, etc., new chapters have been introduced regarding Discrimination, against violence and harassment in the world of work (Convention C190), internal mechanisms for the prevention and resolution of conflicts and complaints at work, reporting entities, equality gender, freedom and trade union organization, professional formation and training and other more specific rights according to the sector.
