Despite the difficulties created by the pandemic # Covid19, the signing of Collective Bargaining continues in the enterprises and companies of fason.

In the premises of the fason company “Laurus” a Collective Bargaining was signed between the parties represented by Mrs. Suzana Lulaj, Secretary General of the Federation of Trade Unions of Textile, Garment and Craft Services of Albania (FSPTKSHASH) and the representative of the company “Laurus” Administrator, Mr. Leka Thani.

This working meeting was attended by Mr. Kol Nikollaj, the President of KSSH and Mrs. Anisa Subashi, Deputy President of KSSH and Director of the Trade Unions Center for Training and Research of Albania (QTSSSH).

Thanking them for their cooperation, the meeting discussed the conditions in which they work and the difficulties or issues they have, where the focus of discussions was the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on work and life of women working in this tailoring company. problems it has brought, etc.

The minimum wage was also discussed, as expected by the employees, as well as its implementation in the most concrete way, in order to facilitate the welfare and livelihood of the employees.
